סעיף 2 - מטרות של INTERNATIONAL קנצלר ברזיל-ישראל הידוע גם בברזיל-ישראל משרד יחסי חוץ עניינים והעזרה ראשונה:

ב) להכיר ביתרונות המוסריים האינטלקטואליים מסוימים של אזרחי prestantes לחברה;

ג) כפועל בתוך הקוד והתיאור של פעילות כלכלית במשק 94.30-8-00 ראשיים - פעילויות לזכויות אגודות הגנה חברתיות

ד) שמטרתו לשמור ולנהל חילופי ברזיל ישראל בהתמקצעות והכשרה של טכני בחינם מקצועי בעזרה הראשונה וטכניקות הצלה עם אנשי מקצוע אקדמיים בתחומים, כמו גם רכישה של חותמות של ארגוני אקדמאים מוכשרים וגופים ממשלתיים למימוש מטרותיה התמקדו בחיפוש ובטכניקות של הצלת הצלה וטרום בית חולים בהתאם לחוקים של המדינה שלנו, שמדגישה בהיבטים משפטיים של העזרה הראשונה (אמנות. 135 לחוק העונשין). סעיף יחיד: INTERNATIONAL קנצלר ברזיל-ישראל הידוע גם בברזיל-ישראל משרד יחסי חוץ עניינים והעזרה הראשונה תבצע את פעילותה באמצעות תחנותיה המנהליות ומשרדים בשם כמו תחנות או משרדים הבינלאומיים הקנצלר ברזיל-ישראל הידוע גם בברזיל-ישראל משרד יחסי חוץ והעזרה ראשונה.

 

Art. 2º - Finalidades da CHANCELARIA INTERNACIONAL BRASIL- ISRAEL TAMBÉM DENOMINADA DE MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES E SOCORRISMO BRASIL- ISRAEL:

a)    Congregar os “Yehudyim” (Judeus/יהודים) e Israelenses (ישראלים) com destinos ao Brasil com entradas legais pelos Poderes Públicos tanto Brasileiros como Israelenses, agindo  a CHANCELARIA INTERNACIONAL BRASIL - ISRAEL também denominada de MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES E SOCORRISMO BRASIL - ISRAEL como uma Organização privada actante auxiliar dos Órgãos regidos pelo DECRETO No 86.715, DE 10 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1981 que “Regulamenta a Lei nº 6.815, de 19 de agosto de 1980, que define a situação jurídica do estrangeiro no Brasil, cria o Conselho Nacional de Imigração e dá outras providências.” Ficando a CHANCELARIA INTERNACIONAL BRASIL - ISRAEL também denominada de MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES E SOCORRISMO BRASIL - ISRAEL empenhada em congregá-los e conduzi-los aos cuidados do Governo Brasileiro para que os mesmo sejam bem tratados e cuidados como cidadãos comuns e respeitados pela sociedade brasileira em conformidade com a legislação Brasileira afim de que se sintam bem vindo ao nosso País e possam desfrutar enquanto estiverem no Brasil das belezas turísticas que nossa Pátria tem como riqueza natural e monitorá-los academicamente e civilmente orientá-los conduzindo às autoridades nacionais, estatais, municipais sobre os seus direitos como ou não turistas em nossa Pátria assim como orientar os Brasileiros na partida e estadia em Israel via convênios e parcerias com órgãos e associações privadas dentro de Israel assim como chancelarias como os mesmos caracteres acadêmicos e de profissionalizações socorristas e acadêmicos em comum com a CHANCELARIA INTERNACIONAL BRASIL - ISRAEL TAMBÉM DENOMINADA DE MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES E SOCORRISMO BRASIL – ISRAEL.

 

b)    Reconhecer os méritos morais intelectuais específicos dos cidadãos prestantes à sociedade;

 

c)    Assim como atuar dentro do Código e Descrição da Atividade Econômica Principal 94.30-8-00 - Atividades de Associações de Defesa de Direitos Sociais

d)    tem a finalidade de manter e gerir intercâmbios Brasil Israel dentro das profissionalizações e formações de técnicos livres profissionalizantes em Socorrismo e técnicas de salvamento com profissionais acadêmicos das áreas, assim como aquisição de chancelas de órgãos competentes sejam acadêmicos sejam governamentais para realizações dos seus objetivos voltados para o socorrismo e técnicas de salvamentos pré-hospitalar em conformidade com as leis de nosso País, onde acentua que os Aspectos Legais do Socorrismo · Omissão de Socorro (Art. 135º Do Código Penal.) “Todo cidadão é obrigado a prestar auxílio a quem esteja necessitando, tendo três formas para fazê-lo: atender, auxiliar quem esteja atendendo ou solicitar auxílio. Exceções da lei (em relação a atender e/ou auxiliar): menores de 16 anos, maiores de 65, gestantes a partir do terceiro mês, deficientes visuais, mentais e físicos (incapacitados). Os telefones de emergências são sempre indicados publicamente para emergências: CB: 193, SAMU: 192, PM: 190. “A principal causa-morte pré-hospitalar é a falta de atendimento. A segunda é o socorro inadequado.”

 

 Parágrafo único: A CHANCELARIA INTERNACIONAL BRASIL- ISRAEL TAMBÉM DENOMINADA DE MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES E SOCORRISMO BRASIL- ISRAEL executará suas atividades através dos seus “Postos e Seções” Executivos e Administrativos denominados “os Postos e/ou as Seções da CHANCELARIA INTERNACIONAL BRASIL- ISRAEL também denominada de E MINISTÉRIO DAS RELAÇÕES EXTERIORES E SOCORRISMO BRASIL- ISRAEL.”

 

 

Article 2 - Purposes of INTERNATIONAL CHANCELLORSHIP BRAZIL-ISRAEL also known as BRAZIL-ISRAEL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AFFAIRS AND FIRST AID:
 

a) Assembling the "Yehudyim" (Jews / יהודים) and Israelis (ישראלים) with destinations into Brazil with legal entries by both Brazilian Public Powers as Israelis; acting INTERNATIONAL CHANCELLORSHIP BRAZIL-ISRAEL also known as BRAZIL-ISRAEL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AFFAIRS AND FIRST AID as an acting private organization to help and assist the organs governed by Decree No 86.715, OF 10 December 1981 that "Regulates Law 6.815 of August 19, 1980, which defines the legal status of foreigners situation in Brazil, creates the National Council Immigration and other measures, "and INTERNATIONAL CHANCELLORSHIP BRAZIL-ISRAEL also known as BRAZIL-ISRAEL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AFFAIRS AND FIRST AID is committed to gather them and take them to the Brazilian government's care so that they can be treated well and cared as great citizens and respected by Brazilian society in accordance with the Brazilian legislation in order to make them feel welcome to our country and to enjoy the tourist beauties that our country has as the natural wealth while they make a tour or live in Brazil and monitoring them academically and civilly and leading them to national, state, municipal authorities about their rights or not as tourists in our country as well as guide the Brazilian in the departure and staying in Israel by agreements and partnerships with agencies and private associations within Israel as well as foreign ministries with the same academic goals and professionalization first responders and in common with the academic and professional goals of INTERNATIONAL CHANCELLORSHIP BRAZIL-ISRAEL also known as BRAZIL-ISRAEL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AFFAIRS AND FIRST AID.

b) recognize the specific intellectual moral merits of prestantes citizens to society;

c) As acting within the code and description of Economic Activity Main 94.30-8-00 - Activities of Social Rights Defence Associations
 

d) aims to maintain and manage Brazil Israel exchanges in professionalising and training of professional free technical in First Aid and rescue techniques with academic professionals in the fields, as well as acquisition of seals of competent academics organizations and government bodies for realization of its goals focused on search and techniques of rescue and pre-hospital rescue in accordance with the laws of our country, which stresses on the Legal Aspects of First Aid (Art. 135 The Penal Code.)  Sole Paragraph: INTERNATIONAL CHANCELLORSHIP BRAZIL-ISRAEL also known as BRAZIL-ISRAEL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AFFAIRS and FIRST AID will perform its activities through its Administrative Stations and Offices named as Stations or Offices of INTERNATIONAL CHANCELLORSHIP BRAZIL-ISRAEL also known as BRAZIL-ISRAEL MINISTRY OF FOREIGN RELATIONS AFFAIRS AND FIRST AID.
